In recent years, the cloud has achieved an immense popularity in the world of tech. This has provided new and improved strategies for cost reduction, and for ensuring better utilisation of cloud resources. Implementation of this model is continuously increasing in numerous businesses , due to the many benefits that the companies are attaining. These cloud resources can belong to either, the infrastructure or platform model. A vast attention has been directed towards the virtualization technology, because the cloud is largely relied upon it. With the help of virtualization, one can quickly download apps or websites, from the cloud. In order to yield the full potential of the cloud, companies should migrate all their current applications to the cloud, and in order to do that- only an internet connection is required. Migration of the existing systems to a scalable cloud solution, can reduce hardware related costs , such as : servers, installation of operating system, database and licen.

The focus of this paper is to study the Microsoft Windows Azure technology and conventionally used servers. Conventional servers require more cost and exact requirements in advance but azure servers provide facility of dynamic modifications of the services. This concept is based on―pay only for what you use‖. To offer this facility Microsoft has developed data centers for public cloud infrastructure, known as Microsoft Windows Azure. It is a service of cloud computing technique which gives a wide range of cloud service for computing, storing and networking on sharing basis which ultimately offer dynamic selection of services in minimum cost. This technology has become boon for small businesses to grow towards big business. This paper deals with a brief introduction about Microsoft Azure, its services and facilities.

Aneka is an Application Platform-as-a-Service (Aneka PaaS) for Cloud Computing. It acts as a framework for building customized applications and deploying them on either public or private Clouds. One of the key features of Aneka is its support for provisioning resources on different public Cloud providers such as Amazon EC2, Windows Azure and GoGrid. In this chapter, we will present Aneka platform and its integration with one of the public Cloud infrastructures, Windows Azure, which enables the usage of Windows Azure Compute Service as a resource provider of Aneka PaaS. The integration of the two platforms will allow users to leverage the power of Windows Azure Platform for Aneka Cloud Computing, employing a large number of compute instances to run their applications in parallel. Furthermore, customers of the Windows Azure platform can benefit from the integration with Aneka PaaS by embracing the advanced features of Aneka in terms of multiple programming models, scheduling and manag.

This research paper is about the cloud computing, and benefits of service oriented architecture. Its objective is to make a uniform cloud computing model that will permit the general population to move starting with one cloud supplier then onto the next easily. This paper discusses service oriented architecture and why it is so imperative in the consequent objective of a unified architecture. There are a number of areas described in which cloud applications are being used whether it is being used in healthcare organizations or in cloud technology platforms. Manjrasoft Aneka describes the rapid creation of scalable applications, and their development on various types of clouds in a seamless and elastic manner. At the end we have described an overview of five Microsoft Azure scenarios by using which we can make such an environment through which a user can switch to different clouds using the service oriented architecture. Keywords—Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Organization for Advancement Structured Information Standards (OASIS), Application Service Providers (ASPs)
